Workplace Violence Emergency Preparedness Webinar

Presented by former NH State Trooper Bruce Lawler of Contractor’s Risk Management, this webinar will instruct attendees on how to deal with work-place bullying and violence including Emergency Lockdowns and Active Shooter situations.

After presenting the definition of workplace bullying and statistics on its commonality, Bruce Lawler will teach attendees the cost of this issue on morale and production. He will then discuss how bullying can escalate into workplace violence and present some common scenarios of violence. Finally, attendees will learn how to react in a violent workplace emergency.

We encourage owners, safety officers, foreman, and all others to attend this training as it is increasingly a situation that we must prepare for to help ensure employee safety as much as we can.
