Forklift Training (Classroom Only)

Kindly be advised that the BTEA and MCAP will be hosting a classroom forklift training in conjunction with Contractor’s Risk Management (CRM).
This course is designed to empower the participant with the skills and knowledge to safely and productively operate rough terrain forklifts (within the scope of the construction industry). The “forklifts” used in this training include telehandlers/extended-reach and rough-terrain/straight-mast forklifts.
This training will consist of only the classroom portion of the forklift training. Each attendee should also complete a hands on portion using the type of forklift specific to their needs. The repetition of these learned skills will enable the participant to recognize potentially dangerous conditions and avoid accidents. CRM is happy to work with companies that attend this training to complete the hands on exercises as well. Please contact John Ferrante at jferrante@btea.com to schedule the second portion of training.
