As a senior consultant with FMI’s Center for Strategic Leadership, Ed is deeply committed to building exceptional leaders for the engineering, construction and design industries-one leader at a time. Ed’s primary work is with the CSL’s consulting practice, serving clients in seasons of transition and management succession. He is also a facilitator at the CSL’s Leadership Institute, a four-day interactive development course where industry leaders exercise and develop their unique leadership styles while learning how to leverage their style for real-world results.
As an executive coach, Ed partners with leaders as they gain insight, learn new practices, change behaviors and increase effectiveness and satisfaction in all facets of life.
